5 weeks ago I started attending a therapy group for my OCD.
So far it has been rewarding and informative, I feel that it is giving me the tools I will need to get on top of my condition – which can only be a good thing.
The reason for me posting this is to hopefully encourage anyone who reads this and is trying to decide whether to attend something like this to go.
I was really nervous about doing this but it has definitely payed off and have no reason to believe that it will not have a lasting effect on my life.
My fear is built on nothing but fear itself.
