It’s about time we took this all important step. In this country we don’t have a constitution, as they do in the US, and I think it is sorely lacking. A bill of rights, as they talk about in the BBC article linked to above, is a major step in giving the regular people of this country a bit of protection and clout in the face of the sweeping changes in the world today.
